Pilates For Dancers: A 90-Minute Movement Experience
Anatomy, Artistry & Longevity
90-Minute Workshop Series
This workshop bridges the gap between movement science and dance artistry — giving dancers a deeper understanding of their bodies so they can move with greater intelligence, intention, and confidence.
Rooted in Pilates principles and led by a classically trained dancer, physical therapist, and certified Pilates teacher, each 90-minute session explores functional anatomy as it directly relates to your body as a dancer. You’ll learn how muscles, joints, and movement systems work together in the patterns central to your training — and how to strengthen, stabilize, and move with purpose.
Each day builds progressively, connecting core control, range of motion, and whole-body strength to real performance demands. Whether dance is your passion, your competition, or simply something you love — this workshop gives you the tools to move better, stay healthy, and enjoy dancing for years to come.
