Stillpoint
A Retreat for Mindful Movement
Oct 21–25, 2026
Zihuatanejo, Mexico
Restore resilience from the inside out
This retreat is designed as active recovery— a reset grounded in how the body and nervous system actually restore themselves.
Led by Dr. Alyssa Herrera-Set and Dr. Grace Tan, the movement and mindset sessions draw on current research and years of clinical practice. Each experience is built to downshift stress responses, rebuild physical resilience, and help you understand why certain practices work—not just how to do them.
Days follow a deliberate rhythm: guided sessions balanced with unstructured time to swim, walk the shoreline, listen to the ocean, or sit quietly with a book. Rest here is not passive—it’s supported, intentional, and deeply human.
This co-ed retreat offers space to recalibrate—physically and mentally—so you return home steadier, clearer, and better equipped to meet daily life with renewed capacity rather than depletion.

Zihuatanejo
Zihuatanejo is a beachside town with fishing town roots on the Mexican Pacific coast. Visitors enjoy the beautiful beaches, vibrant market, and friendly locals. Just a bit south of the resorts of Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo has maintained it’s traditional feel with more Mexican tourists than American.
Classes and accommodations will be in a beautiful, secluded, cliffside home. Participants will stay in one of the beautifully decorated suites each with private bathroom, ocean views, and air conditioning. There are two pools on premises as well as sunbathing beds and a hammock.
We will have access to the Punta Garrobo beach club and tennis courts.
