This retreat is a travel-based experience with non-recoverable costs incurred immediately upon registration.
Payment and Refund Details:
You will be charged a non-refundable $500 deposit today to reserve your spot. This deposit will be applied to your total cost.
On July 1, you will receive two emails from info@onthemovephysio.com. This email will provide a link to a longer intake form as well as a link to make your second non-refundable payment of $2000.
On August 1, you will be charged the non-refundable remaining balance.
Please inform us via email to info@onthemovephysio.com if you are not able to attend.
This policy applies regardless of reason, including illness, personal emergencies, travel delays, or changes in circumstances. “Cancel for any reason” Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
