A place where your patients feel supported and make real progress.
Led by Doctors of Physical Therapy — instructors understand injury history, contraindications, and how to modify in real time
Small classes, real attention — capped at 8 students so every patient is seen and guided throughout
Equipment-supported movement — reformers and spring-based apparatus make exercise accessible even for deconditioned or pain-sensitive patients
Low-impact, meaningful results — core strength, balance, mobility, and body awareness built session by session
Built for a wide range of patients and conditions.
Our classes are designed for real people at every stage of health and fitness. Whether your patient is coming out of rehab, managing an ongoing condition, navigating a life transition like pregnancy or aging, or simply ready to start moving for the first time, we have a class and an instructor ready to meet them where they are. Every session is adaptable, every patient is supported, and progress happens at their pace.
